Payments
The booking must be paid in cash after the event. Deposits must be paid by card payments via paypal or our nominated pay service. Cheques are not accepted

Deposits and refunds

Deposits or booking fees are non-refundable due to the cost incurred in booking and preparing the event.

The full balance will be requested if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or 80% of the balance if the booking is cancelled between 48 hours to 7 days.

Should the business cancel your event due to unforeseen events such as a localised or national lockdown or any other external factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer to the customer the option to rebook within a year of the date of the original booking. If such events occur, the business will also offer the customer the option to offset the deposit towards the cost of a virtual party.

Bookings and confirmation
It is the customers' responsibility to check booking details upon confirmation; this includes the date, time and venue. Funomenalparties will not be held responsible if this information is incorrectly given and a party is subsequently cancelled.

Safety Measures/precautions
Please note, it the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to ensure a responsible adult is present on the day of the event.

Some of our equipments can lead to slippery floors. Our staff will do their level best to ensure these dangers are minimised, however Funomenalparties cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable slips or falls that may occur.

It is the responsibility of the customer to bring to our attention any access difficulties to the venue or parking restrictions. We cannot be responsible for any delay as a result of this information being omitted. Our entertainers will not be expected to make up the time if the delay was due the aforementioned reasons. If time is made up following a delay for reasons stated above. This will be at the discretion of the Entertainer.

Complaints Handling procedure
If you have any concerns or dissatisfied with any of our services or have a cause for concern, you may write in to us at Complaints, Funomenalparties.co.uk, Ground Floor, 2 Woodberry Grove, London, N12 0DR, alternatively you may email us on info@funomenalparties.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within 24 hours and provide you with full response within 14 working days.

Staff/Recruitment Policy
Please note, all our entertainers are requested to complete a DBS check upon recruitment and a disclaimer is signed verifying they have been DBS checked. Funomenalparties can request a copy should customers require sight of this.

It is also the responsibility of the entertainer to obtain their own public liability insurance; this is renewed every three years and entertainers have signed a disclaimer confirming this is in place.
